By accessing and using ZenTable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
ZenTable provides a digital menu, ordering, and restaurant management platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via UPI or other supported payment methods. Subscription renewals are manual — you will be notified before your subscription period ends.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at zentable.in@gmail.com and we will review your case.
Restaurants retain ownership of their menu data and images. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use and display it on the platform.
ZenTable shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
